Q: Where do you ship?

A: We ship Worldwide and we provide FREE Local shipping through S.F.Express! We hope to bring our collections of products to everyone who wants to make their travel experience last. So no matter where you are from, you can order and receive our AWW products!

 

Q: What shipping methods do you use?

A: For HK domestic address, we can arrange:

 

1) Free shipment through S.F.Express to commercial address or S.F.Express stores for you to pick the products up there within the more flexible opening hours of the stores.

2) Shipment to your residential address through Hong Kong Post Office Registered Packet (+HK$30).

 

You can choose the shipment method you prefer in the checkout page. For shipment to S.F.Express stores, you can fill in the store location at the checkout page to facilitate the shipment. You can find the details regarding the location of S.F.Express stores at

For overseas address, we can arrange direct shipment to your shipping address through Hong Kong Post Office Registered Packet or S.F.Express (for Taiwan only). You can always keep track on the mail with the tracking code provided!

Q: When can I get the products after I confirm the order?

A: Total time = Time for Layout design + Production + Shipping 

 

For Walker Puzzle, after receiving your order, it takes around 4 - 6 days to create the layout design of your Walker Puzzle. After the review and confirmation of the design, it takes around 7 business days for the production and quality check to make sure it is perfect for you. We will then arrange shipment of your Walker Puzzle immediately once it is created.

The shipping time varies depending on the destinations. Please take a look at the table of shipping information for the estimated delivery time.

Q: What do I do if I need a rush delivery?

A: No worries! We offer Express service through which you can receive the products after around 7-10 days since you place the order! The Express service charges HK$15 per piece of Walker Puzzle. You can contact us through hello@aworldwalker.com and we will do our best to help you out!

Q: Can I check my shipping status?

A: Yes! To ensure your products are delivered safely and timely, we will arrange shipment which can be easily tracked!

 

We will send a notification email to you once the product is ready for shipment. You can then track your shipping order by checking your shipping number on the website of shipping carriers. We will provide you with the detailed shipping information in the email.

Q: Can I get refund if I get a defective product?

A: A World Walker put your satisfaction at our top priority. The products have gone through Quality Control conducted by our team before shipment to ensure their high quality. If you find your products defective, please take a photo of the defective area and keep contact with us within 10 days after you receive the products. We would endeavor to address your concern and make possible refund.
