What is the requirement of the photo for Walker Puzzle customisation?
The higher the resolution of your photo is, the better the quality of your Walker Puzzle will be with. The resolution of your image should not go under 2048x1536 pixels.
Can I have a look at the final layout of my Walker Puzzle before the production stage?
Of course! You will receive the layout in your inbox. We allow 2 rounds of revisions for the layout, including the change in maps, photo and short quotes.

How should I attach my Walker Puzzles on the wall?
Each piece of Walker Puzzle comes with several complementary pairs of adhesive hook and loop fasteners. Without the need to drill holes in walls, you can simply attach the fasteners at corners of the puzzle and press firmly on the wall for at least 30 seconds.
Can I use a collage as the photo on my Walker Puzzle?
This is a Walker Puzzle owned by you, so albeit our suggestion of using one single picture for each Walker Puzzle, you definitely have the right to make the decision!

How much is the shipping fee?

When can I get the products after placing the order?
Your Total Waiting Time = Layout Creation + Production + Shipping
Walker Puzzle:
1. Layout Creation - It takes around 4 - 6 days to create the layout of your Walker Puzzle.
2. Production - Once you have confirmed the layout, production with quality check takes around 7 business days to make sure the product is perfectly made for you.
3. Shipping - Shipping time varies depending on your shipping address. You can take these estimated delivery time as a reference.
What if I need a rush delivery?
We do offer Express Service which enable you to receive the products within around 7-10 days once your purchase is completed!
The Express Service charges HK$15 per Walker Puzzle.
Can I check my shipping status?
Yes! You will receive a notification email once the product is ready for delivery.
With the shipping number in the email, you can track the shipping status on the website of shipping carriers.
Can I return if I get a defective product?
Yes, as we put your satisfaction at our top priority.
Send us a photo of the defective area within 5 days after receiving the products, and we would endeavor to address your concern and make you new ones with good quality.
